Sell this condo!!

I am getting very amped about selling this  unit. On the market since June, with a few hiccups along the way. Latoya, my agent recently amended her strategy to significantly lower the price to generate multiple offers. It has definitely worked as she's received a ton of interest. We are hoping to get some serious offers next week.

The sooner the better! I could sure use those funds going elsewhere. I think I have completed my grieving of the unit. I am ready for the next chapter in my life.
